As put by The Times"To listen to the Australian Chamber Orchestra is to experience sensory overload."

Proud partners and good pals Australian Chamber Orchestra kicked off their final concert of the year over the weekend with the exuberant Brahms and Dvořák. And like most finales, ACO have saved the biggest to last, more than tripling in size to perform masterpieces (aka classical bangers) from two of the Romantic era's most frothed on composers: contemporaries and good mates: Johannes Brahms and Antonín Dvořák.

Now we may seem like all metal tees and rock & roll, but it's not unusual to find classical music blaring across the brewery speakers. From Beethoven to Debussy, some of our best batches have been brewed to a classical soundtrack, in fact, classical music has been proven to positively enhance work environments and foster plant growth.

Earlier this year, we hosted the ACO quartet in our Tasting Bar. Treating us to a sneak peak of their Indies & Idols tour, there wasn't a dry eye in the house as they performed contemporary classics from Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood and American singer-songwriter Sufjan Stevens

To celebrate what's been a massive year & their final concert, Brahms and Dvořák, we asked the ACO what they'll be listening when kicking back and enjoying some coldies this silly season.
