Purveyor of booze - Melbourne
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a craft beer enthusiast who will go above and beyond to engage with and support our customers in Melbourne (with a larger customer count in the Inner-North). As a “Purveyor of Booze”, you will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with our customers and for growing volume primarily across our on premise channel as well as our Independent retail network.
About You
You are highly organised and self-motivated with flexibility to work outside "normal working” hours for things such as tastings and events. Your drive to sell and your knowledge of the beer and liquor industry will keep you winning!
Skills and experience
Essential – passion for craft beer, excellent written and verbal communication skills, current VIC driver's license and your own vehicle.
2 years+ Strong background working in hospitality and/or bottle shops.
Preferred – Sales representative experience in liquor or FMCG.
Desired - CRM knowledge; current VIC RSA.
Local knowledge of Melbourne is a big bonus in this role, and even better is having a bunch of contacts that will soon open doors and become your customers.
