WATTLE THEY THINK OF NEXT
WATTLESEED AND BLOOD ORANGE DOUBLE IPA
Well, here it is! a big in-your-face Double IPA, fruited with blood orange juice, and an all Kiwi hop line up. The addition of toasted and crushed wattleseed to the whirlpool brings a deep earthiness which, in contrast to the big citrus element from the blood orange, gives a great complexity to this beast. at 8%, this beer packs a punch.
ABV: 8%

SUN IS SHINING
Watermelon & Mandarin Sour
Look outside, grab a tinnie and be thankful that the sun is shining! This beautiful little ray of light is a watermelon and mandarin infused fruit sour. Using the groundbreaking new Philly Sour yeast strain, we’ve managed to pump in an absolute bucket full of locally sourced fruit, along with a subtle amount of Sabro Hops. This Results in a tart little number with fruity overtones, a hint of bitterness, and a crisp finish that will warm you up and keep you golden.
ABV: 4%

B.R.E.A.M
East Coast Double IPL
This is an absolute hop bomb. With notes of mandarin, melon, citrus and pine which linger on the nostrils, this sessionable Double IPL has a subtle bitterness with hints of toffee malt sweetness. The big fella is perfectly balanced and ready to be enjoyed in moderation.

Passionfruit and Guava Sour
This full flavoured sessionable sour is the best way to welcome the return of summer. Brewed with high quality ingredients, this light coloured festive beer finds the perfect balance between tartness of the tropical fruits, and the sweetness of premium German Pilsner and wheat malts, bringing a full sensation of refreshment at a sessionable ABV, making it perfect for these hot summer days.

DARK SOUR OF THE MOON
Dark Blueberry Sour
An ode to the Belgian Oud Bruin, this Dark Blueberry Sour pours a gorgeous brown hue. The addition of several specialty Malts adds a spectrum of biscuity characters presented on the nose, then balanced out with a healthy dose of Australian blueberries. This malty complexity and smashable tartness makes for a beer enjoyable any time of the year and opens the gates for one who wishes to take a step further into the wonderful world of sours.
ABV: 5.2%
Malt Bill: Pale, Munich, Caramunich, Biscuit, Supanova, Light Chocolate, Malted Wheat, Rolled Wheat.
Hops: Helga, Enigma Flowers, Blueberry Puree, Blueberry Essence.
FREE THE NEIPA
New England IPA “NEIPA”
This hazy, complex and fun NEIPA was led by the incredible women of YH every step of the way. Infused with the citrusy essence of bergamot (the key player in Earl Grey tea) mixed with a motley crew of tropical, fruit-forward hops for a juicy mouth party we’re proud to have brewed for International Women’s Day.

Malt Bill: Pale, Rolled Wheat, Rolled Oats
Hops: Taiheke and Denali in Whirlpool. Lemondrop, Azacca, Ariana and Pink Boots blend at varius dry hop stages.
IMPERIAL PILSNER
Imperial Pilsner
This Southern Czech style Imperial Pilsener is a homage to Old World tradition, crossed with New World hops. Brewed and fermented in the centuries old method using Noble Hops, floor-malted Czech Barley (of Bojos and Tolar varieties), Budejovice Yeast, and an extended cold, pressurised fermentation and maturation. Idaho-7, Lemondrop and HPA-033 hops have been used in the dry hop to add layers of New World complexity and subtlety, rarely seen. And at a beefy 7%, this classic Czech Pilsener is an absolute treat to savour. This beer was made with a lot of time and love, and should be enjoyed the same way.

Hops: Spalt, Spalter, Idaho-7, Lemondrop and 'HPA-033'

RUMMING WITH THE DEVIL
Rum and Raisin Brown Ale
This ravishing Brown Ale was brewed in collaboration with Sydney's Brix Distillers. It's solid malt bill creates a rich, roasty, biscuity flavour and aroma with hints of cocoa and spice, leading to the showcase of a classic partnership... Aussie Raisins steeped in Brix White Spirit. This very adult beverage will hopefully dredge up memories of that childhood ice cream classic and is best enjoyed with old friends, family and a block of dark chocolate.
ABV: 6.4%
Malt Bill: NZ Light Crystal, Brown and Light Chocolate malt on an Aussie Pale base.
Hops: Willamette and Tetnang along with Brix White Spirit steeped with wood chips and Aussie raisins.
BRUT IPA
Brut IPA
Pouring the colour of oaked chardonnay, the champagne bubbles release an upfront punch of rockmelon, passionfruit, apple, mango and banana thanks to experimental Australian hops from our mates at HPA. A surprisingly dry body reminiscent of a European riesling balances the tropical hop flavours and allows them to linger long into the back palette. Great paired with seafood, even better with good mates and good times.

DOUBLETOWNER
Double Pale Ale
Deep and rich like Newtown's history, our celebratory birthday ale pours with a long lasting, off white head. A complex spice and berry aroma plays across the strong, malty undertones which linger long on the palate, first with sweetness which quickly becomes refreshing bitterness. Best drunk with mates, straight from the bottle at sunset in Camperdown Park.

CAPTAIN AHAB’S
TIRAMISU White Stout
Surprisingly roasty on the nose, the pale appearance of this beer belies something more beneath the surface. Aroma notes of coconut, chocolate and Campos Coffee lead in to a body with a strong malt backbone and resounding bitterness, revealing this unassuming beer to be the unexpected beast that is a white stout. Best paired with a thick Melville and a view of a choppy sea.

Malt Bill: Barrett Burston Pale, Simpsons Golden Naked Oats & Bairds Oats.
Hops: Warrior as bittering, Sabro in dry hop. Coffee in Whirlpool.
