A Berry Good Time Indeed
Summer was undeniably in the air over the weekend as we headed south to Berry for Fairgrounds Festival!
Vibes were high with incredible bands, stunning weather and frosty beers being enjoyed all around the Berry Showgrounds. As the fezzy's beer partner, we were stoked when asked to present a band of our choice on the Windmill Stage on Friday night. With bands like The Lazy Eyes, Fritz, The Buoys and 100 all playing beforehand, we thought, who better to head this energetic, local-as-hell lineup than The Pinheads. Judging by the epic crowd, we weren't the only ones.
Fairgrounds is one of the rare festivals that literally has something for everyone, an absolute family affair. Craft workshops and playgrounds for the youngsters, oysters, champagne and a quality bar offering for the "oldies." Not to mention a diverse lineup of homegrown heavyweights like DMA's, Meg Mac, The Babe Rainbow and Dope Lemon and heritage acts like Kasey Chambers and Liam Gallagher.
