Our latest beer release with Caitlin Harnett & The Pony Boys

We’ve joined forces with Caitlin Harnett & the Pony Boys to created the ultimate Aussie Bitter, titled “Bowlo Bitter,” available from bowling clubs and venues this January!

No matter where you are, in Summer, you just can’t go past the bowlo for some frothy arvo beers and barefoot bowls. Luckily, our favourite Inner West cowgirl shares a similar appreciation for said bowlos, so we thought it the perfect excuse to team up and brew a crispy Aussie bitter, 4.4%.

Deep gold in colour with subtle grassy overtones from some good old Aussie Cascade hops, this thirst-quenching beauty is best enjoyed in hand, grass between your toes, dulcet country tones on the breeze and a live band soundtracking your next shot.

To celebrate this delicious amber nectar, we’re sending Caitlin Harnett & the Pony Boys on an East Coast tour, visiting some of our favourite bowlos. Kicking off Adamstown Bowlo in Newcastle Thursday, January 21st with support from local legend James Thomson, the band then heads north to play Bangalow Bowlo in Byron bay with blues/rock band Jollee. Next, CH&TPB drive south to Wombarra Bowlo where they’ll be joined by good mate Lady Lyon, before heading home to Petersham Bowlo for the final leg with Papa Pilko and the Binrats.
