Stall holder Info + House Rules

Thanks for jumping on board our very first Pints & Pre-Loved at Young Henrys

Tasting Bar on Sunday 12 July 2026! The idea is simple: good beer, good people,

and good quality second-hand finds. We’re aiming for a curated neighbourhood

market, not a clean-out pile on a tarp - think vintage, loved, interesting, useful, and

well-kept.

A few ground rules:

Stall fee

 $15 per stall, payable when you book.

 Every dollar from stall fees will be donated to Newtown Neighbourhood

Centre.

 Booking fees are non-refundable – if we need to cancel the event due to bad

weather, we’ll do our best to reschedule and transfer your booking across.

Stall size

 Each stall space is approximately 2m x 1m — enough room for one clothing

rack or one table.

 Bookings are limited to one stall per person.

 You’re welcome to share the one stall with a mate or two, but please keep it

tight to avoid spilling into neighbouring stalls.

Stall times

 Set up: 11:00am

 Pack down: 6:00pm

 Please arrive on time so we can get things set up before the bar opens at

12pm

BYO setup & keep it sustainable

 Bring your own rack or table.

 Try to keep the plastic to a minimum. Recycled price tags, reused shopping

bags and other low-waste touches are very welcome.

 Please take home everything you brought, including stock, packaging, and

rubbish.

What can I sell?

We’re open to all kinds of quality pre-loved goodness:

 clothing

 shoes

 accessories

 vinyl

 books

 homewares

 art

 curios, collectibles, trinkets, and treasures

Please bring a thoughtfully curated collection. This isn’t a car boot sale (love those

too, but different vibe). If you’d otherwise toss it in a council cleanup, it probably isn’t

right for this.

Limit the fast fashion

We’re encouraging quality, sustainability, and longevity, so fast fashion brands

(Kmart, Anko, Big W, Shein and the like) should be kept to a minimum. That said, we

know these brands often provide a broader size range, so if you’re selling plus-sized

fast fashion pieces, please label them clearly.

Other fast fashion items can go in a rummage box under your rack/table and should

be priced at $5 or less.

The fine print

Young Henrys aren’t responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your belongings.

Help us make this a thing!

We’ll be shouting about the market through the YH channels, but the best promo is

still people telling their mates. Share your stall, post a few sneak peeks and help us

pack the place out.
